SHIPPING POLICY

The KB Online Store gladly accepts orders world-wide. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order, except where there is an advertised shipping rate.

Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are used in the processing of your order. The KB Online Store is not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information if they not be delivered to you.

Delivery by our third-party shippers covers all contiguous addresses with the exception of P.O. Boxes.

Any duties and taxes applied at the destination must be paid by the recipient. The KB Online Store will not be held liable for packages that have been handed over to our third-party shippers. At this point, all packages will be the responsibility of the shippers.

 

Standard Shipping

We charge a flat-rate of JM$1000 per order for deliveries island-wide, for as many items as you'd like to order.

If you are overseas but delivering to a Jamaican address, it is still only JM$1000.

The timeframe for standard shipping to a Jamaican address is 3-5 business days after the order is processed.

 

Expedited Shipping

Express Shipping is available for orders that contain available items only, to be delivered to a Jamaican address. It costs JM$2000 per order and it is the best way to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.

The timeframe for expedited shipping to a Jamaican address is 2-3 business days after the order is processed.

 

Pick Up In-Store

Pick up in-store is available for most orders done on the KB Online Store. Participating stores are listed for you to select the one most convenient to you.

The timeframe for pick up in-store is 3-7 business days after the order is processed.

 

Shipping Timeframes

KB houses thousands of items that are available and ready to ship. We also sell other items that we source from our local and international suppliers.

Please pay close attention to the shipping time frame for the shipping method you have selected.

If your order has still not been delivered after the advertised time frame, or there is no time frame listed on our website, please contact us to speak to one of our Customer Care representatives.

 

Delivering your order

Consolidated and Split Shipments
Available items sourced from a single KB distribution centre will be shipped once processed. We may choose to split your shipment if items are sourced from more than one distribution centre. Please note that we don’t charge you extra for multiple shipments.

Tracking my order
We'll send you a shipping notification the same evening the item ships. You can use track the status of your order on the KB Online Store website.

If your order is sent out in multiple shipments you will have multiple shipping notifications.

 

International Shipping

Orders being delivered to addresses outside of Jamaica are sent by a courier service or by Jamaica Post.

Shipping charges for orders delivered to an address outside of Jamaica are dependent on the type and weight of the item(s) as well as the destination address. All shipments will have full tracking available.

When international orders are shipped and arrive at the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from KB Online Store, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the Jamaica may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

All packages shipped to Brazil may experience extended delivery times due to local custom procedures. Duties & taxes may be higher than normal and must be absorbed by the recipient.

 

Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from the KB Online Store, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

 

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

KB Online Store is not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or missing shipping information.


Returns & Replacements

The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment center.
